Pricing

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 2 weeks of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at dazzlemecups@outlook.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

We do not accept exchanges, returns or cancellations. All sales are final as soon as you check out, we do not offer refunds.

Please contact shop owner as soon as possible so we can figure out how to fix the problem 

Shipping

We offer a rush order listing. This listings puts you on the top of my list, this does not upgrade your shipping, it only expedites your processing time. 

Please contact me as soon as possible. If your order isn't shipped, I can change your address in the system. 

All orders will process for 6-8 weeks/42-56 business days) before shipping out. This does not include weekends or holidays. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped with tracking information attached.

Yes, because I have to create your custom designs from scratch they do have a longer processing time that varies depending on the design chosen.

Hand wash only in cool/warm water and allow to air dry. Not suitable for dishwasher, microwave, cooking or freezing. Clean with non-abrasive sponges to prevent scratching. Do not clean with bleaches or cleaner containing chlorine.
